Carbon Offset

Plants and trees absorb carbon from the atmosphere.Your carbon footprint can be offset by planting trees..

Carbon Offsetting

The plants and creatures that lived millions of years ago captured the suns energy and locked the atmospheric carbon dioxide into their cells. When we burn fossil fuels we release the energy that was stored, but we also release the carbon back into the atmosphere. The concentration of carbon dioxide in every lung full of air that we breathe has increased dramatically. In 1750 there were 278 parts per million of carbon dioxide, now that figure has risen to 380 ppm. All this extra carbon in the atmosphere is contributing to to raise the average temperature of the planet. Trees and plants capture the carbon dioxide and remove it from the air through their lifetime. By planting trees we can balance the amount of carbon we produce with the carbon absorbed by the trees, so we are effectively carbon neutral.

Why offset your carbon?

In order to limit the effects of global warming we need to work together to find a solution. Each individual can make a difference, and it doesn't mean you have to live a restricted life. By buying reforestation credits you can continue to live your lifestyle safe in the knowledge that you are not contributing to the net gain in CO2 in our atmosphere. A responsible organisation can offset all of its emissions, from company cars to photocopiers. We can help with carbon audits and advise on the best way to achieve carbon neutral status.

Reforestation support

By supporting a reforestation project you will be making a positive impact on the world we all share..

Carbon Offsetting

The carbon that you and your business creates can be offset by planting enough trees to absorb the equivalent volume of Carbon Dioxide and fix it back into the earth.

Climate Change

Our weather is vulnerable to changes in global temperature. A change of just 0.5 of a degree from now, could cause some areas to turn to desert and the UK could face much colder and wetter conditions.

Tell the world about us

We need to plant thousands of trees in order to limit the effects of further climate change. Please tell your friends, link to us, include us in your blog or newsletter and help to get the worlds attention. - Thanks .
